About Turbopedia
Turbopedia is the product surface for Turbocars.
The mission is to build a collector car data platform that merges auction history, taxonomy/spec data, brochure archives, and AI-generated encyclopedia pages into one research destination.
Current State
Phase 2.5A has started.
The long-running scraper platform remains Python-first. This new Next.js app is the deployable acquisition surface that future content, entity pages, and tools will build on.
Today’s scaffold focuses on layout, metadata, feeds, CI, and route contracts rather than shipping encyclopedia content early.
Team
Two-sided build
Technical execution and data infrastructure on one side, with distribution and audience-building on the other.
Data Sources
Auction + taxonomy spine
Historical auction results, taxonomy provenance, brochure archives, and future content dossiers all resolve back to the same car entities.
Methodology
Data first, then interpretation
Facts, provenance, and structured data come first. The intelligence layer only sits on top once the canonical surface is trustworthy.
Structured FAQ
About This Scaffold
This first public layer is deliberately infrastructure-heavy. The FAQ block itself proves the shared accordion + JSON-LD path.
