This initial draft reserves the route and design system slot for the final legal copy that will ship before the paid valuation layer and account features go live.
Current Draft Scope
These terms will later define acceptable use, disclaimers around pricing and valuation outputs, account obligations, and service boundaries.
The page is intentionally concise at this stage because the legal and commercial model is still being finalized in later work packages.
For now, this route exists so the global footer, sitemap, and shared metadata can rely on a stable legal surface.
